The Traveler’s Company Solid Brass Ballpoint Pen is a beautifully finished ballpoint pen, made in a press factory located in one of the historical districts of Tokyo, Japan. The pen consists of two parts: a solid brass holder that acts both as a protective cap and pen extender, and the actual pen which has a wooden barrel with a brass cone. When not in use, the pen part can be placed inside the brass holder, making it a compact, pocketable size. The brass holder also features a ring that can be used to attach the pen to a keyring or bag fastener. The pen’s brass finish will naturally age as the surface starts to oxidise and it develops a more muted colour and warm patina.
