This Roman Szmal Aquarius set has been made with watercolorist Pasqualino Fracasso and contains 24 Aquarius full pans. Aquarius is a range of mostly single pigment watercolors made by Roman Szmal. Each color is made with high quality gum arabic and glycerin, linden honey, distilled water and pure pigments. Every pan is filled by hand. The set includes not only colors made from natural, earth pigments, such as 120 Italian Burnt Sienna, 239 Caput Mortuum or 131 Van Dyck Brown, but also very intense, luminous colors, such as 333 Quinacridone Pink, 316 Pyrrole Orange or 207 Hansa Yellow Deep. An interesting complement to the set are the paints made by adding white pigments, perfect for use in the final stages of painting. The set also includes unique granulating shades, such as 346 Aquarius Green, 334 Mineral Violet or 336 Shadow Violet.
