The Artisan Silverpoint Stylus is a traditional silverpoint drawing tool from Renaissance Workshops Materials. This silverpoint stylus is perfect for obtaining fine lines and creating a detailed drawing on a gesso or primer prepared surface. Each stylus is unique and made by hand in London in the craft tradition of Medieval and Renaissance Europe. The Artisan stylus has two beautifully tapered silver tips and a copper-alloy brass middle. The design of the Artisan is based on the silverpoint stylus depicted in Rogier van der Weyden’s St Luke Drawing the Virgin c. 1435–1440. The Artisan Silverpoint Stylus is approximately 17.5cm in length.
