Jakar : Compass Cutter

Description

This cutter creates circles from 1-15cm diameter in paper, thin card, film, leather, vinyl sheet & rubber. It has a locking wheel feature to ensure cuts are accurate. Also included are six spare blades and two pencil leads which are stored in the handle.
