Description

A very inexpensive but good quality bar and centre bar. With dimensions of 18x43mm the stretcher bars are designed with one cross bar slot on each stretcher bar. They are easy to assemble, solid and a guaranteed high quality product. Please note that some people get confused by the unusual square end of the stretcher bar. Just slip the bars together as shown in the diagram for the perfect snug fit. The Italian stretcher bar manufacturers have an FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certificate which ensures that the wood used in the production comes from sustainable, well managed forests. The wood used is red fir, from North European forests. It is carefully selected and is then dried for a long time at the right degree of humidity, to maintain the highest levels of stability ithe finished product.
